Took my car in because I was having problems with it starting. I figured it wasn't the battery because sometimes it would start and other times it would not. They were great to tak to even offered a rental if the car had to stay..... The mechani comes in and says "the reading on the machine is giving all kinds of numbers & your battery is in great shape." I guess I just didn't feel comfortable leaving the car with a mechanic I really didn't know..... I eventually had a friend look at it and explained the water in the battery was low, went to auto zone and they checked the battery and said "yup you need a new battery." I would NEVER take my car back to this place. I can only imagine what "issues" my car would have had if I had left it there..... It might be family owned and operated but I really question the values of those that work their.

We are a little confused by this review because our battery testers say good, bad, replace or recharge. I can not find any information under your name. We pride ourselves on only recommending repairs/parts that a customer needs. All employees have several years experience in the automotive industry. It is our commitment to the community to have the highest standards and values in the industry and personally.

We happened on Ken's by accident as our car broke down nearby. The customer service was great, and pricing with the Yelp check in was reasonable! We especially appreciated the use of the courtesy loaner car!!!! Thank you Ken's!!!

Contacted Ken's Auto service about a couple of repairs and let me know they couldn't install customer bought parts which is no problem I can send the parts back but my biggest issue was getting my brake lights to work correctly and they wouldn't even ask if I was interested in them doing that. Don't state that you invite us to become a valued customer if you will not even answer the question that is asked. Sounds like horrible mechanics shop to me.

Great service! Employees are friendly. They dropped me off and pick me up after the service was completed. They charged $300 less than the dealership quoted.

I would not trust my vehicles with anyone else. Truly lucky to have found them.

Been taking my cars to Ken's for 9 years now. Great, friendly service. Ryan (the guy working the front) always remembers my name. Love this shop!

Fast helpful and trust worthy.... A little bit more expensive but if you want something done fast and right shouldn't it be!

This was the greatest experience I've had related to my car. Even though they were busy today and weren't going to be able to fit me in they did. I had a family emergency and needed to go home and they came through for me. They even sincerely wished me a safe trip and told me they'd think about me. I felt like a person and not just a customer. I will go back every single time. I'm so grateful.
