Family run business that is consistent with their care and service

First time customer and I was very impressed. I do most of my own repairs but AC isn't one because of EPA regulations. They made room to fit me in even though they were booked. My check engine light was on and I had some oil leaks and they didn't hassle me to try and fix the problems. They performed the job asked and didn't try to get extra money. They are very professional and I will return when needed. I've been to numerous auto shops and this is by far the BEST!!!

Although I was unable to make the repairs I need at this time due to cost, everyone was very polite and accomodating - I very much appreciate their excellent work ethics! I will visit again!

The team at Kens auto service is beyond professional. Every time they found something they called and explained what it was in detail.... I will definitely bring my vehicles to Kens they get a 10 out of 10 from me

Went in to get my A/C fixed because it was blowing out hot air, just from the initial inspection I was quoted at almost $1500 for a new compressor but once they pulled everything apart it was just a burnt wire and I ended up only paying way less like less than $500. I love these guys they get to the root of the main problem and don't charge you for something you dont need. Anywhere else they would have charged for the compressor I stead of the actual real problem of the burnt wire. I had my car back the next day with my A/C blowing like it was when I first got it back in 2016. I definitely recommend them to any ans everyone i know. Very professional and courteous and aim at pleasing the customer and not trying to fill a certain quota or money. Thank you to all at Ken's Auto Service. You guys rock!!!!
