Sad to say but since the original owner - Ken - passed away the service and trustworthyness of the shop has suffered greatly. Only recently the present owner has decided to release their highest rated tech/mechanic - don't be afraid to ask WHY. Read the reviews on YELP, especially the one regarding charging for estimates. Also note the number of times the service writer has refused to perform requested work unless the customer agreed to have additional non-related items repaired. Investigations into OVER CHARGING seniors will be coming soon.
