Everyone was very nice and knowledgable. I was helped right away. I went to the dealer and they told me I didn't need a certain part fixed because it wasn't that bad. My husband and I knew better. It turns out that one problem caused another problem that we both knew would happen. My engine is so clean now for a 12-year-old car. We feel much better that someone took care of it.

All thanks to Ryan (I remembered), Matt, Carlos? (the mechanic who worked on my car), and the young lady who drove to and from the hotel. for your excellent customer service. I really appreciate your patience and how quickly you were able to get to me with a response about the condition of my Cadillac CST. These folks are fair and that's what it is about, especially during this pandemic. They also have a shuttle service available for your convenience. After I purchase my new vehicle, I will return for service.

I went to Ken's for help with my bent rear drive shaft. The service was excellent. They did a full inspection and most dishonest shops would have come up with a laundry list of services and repairs. Kens did not. Only exactly what I needed and nothing more. They are courteous, fast, reliable and have very good policies in place for COVID19. They even disinfect your key prior to returning it. Great loaner cars. I will not go anywhere else.
