I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan, he was very professional and made sure I was updated every step of the way. He made sure I was contacted when my car arrived after being towed there. He also made me feel very comfortable after telling me what was wrong with my vehicle. Instead of trying to pressure me into paying for a service, he told me the truth and how he wouldn’t feel comfortable fixing that part of my car wouldn’t start afterwards. This was a difficult time due to everything going on with this virus and me being an essential worker, but also my family lives in Texas and isn’t able to help me through this. Felt like I was a friend or family member at Ken’s Auto Service. I appreciated his respect for me as a Customer and didn’t just try to pull a fast one on me like other places I have been too.
