My experience with Ken’s auto service was great. My car failed emissions inspection, so I called Ken’s because they are certified for this kind of assessment and repair. I called on Friday, they were able to get me on Tuesday, and then were even able to accommodate a last minute schedule change and move me to Wednesday. Billie and Ryan were friendly and professional every time they called with an update. They were able to fix the issue on the first round of repairs and took the car to be re-inspected for me. While it was more costly than I hoped it would be, it was good value for money. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how quickly they got everything done.
