Had power steering pump replaced on my 2005 Lexus and car had a low whine, but Ryan explained break in period. I’ve always have had good service there.

Everyone I spoke to at Ken’s auto was extremely professional and eager to help me any way they could. They explained everything that would be needed to repair my car, and they were very fair as far as pricing went. My final bill was lower than what was originally quoted to me. I would recommend Ken’s auto to everyone. There are still a few things I would like addressed on my car, and I will be sure to use Ken’s auto again. Extremely satisfied!!!

Ken's Auto is great! Amazing customer service and quick to service my car. I had bought a used car and taken it in - after inspecting it, they told me everything that was wrong with it and how much it would cost. Although that's normal, what was nice was that they listed out only a handful of things that were necessary to have done now and the rest could wait a while. By telling me what to have fixed now I was able to severely reduce my bill - that was a nice change of pace from a shop saying absolutely everything had be fixed immediately. Definitely will go back to them for future repairs.
