The service and customer service was great. They did everything they could to try to verify what was wrong with my vehicle. I was updated consistently on what was going on and they were very honest. They even give you a ride if needed so you're not stranded. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for any future issues.

Made appointment, somehow the system didn’t see it, but they still got me in with what I was told when I called in to schedule. Took care of my truck and informed me of a plan of what I need to do to keep her healthy. I know things happen, I appreciate them believing and relating with me with what I was trying to make happen, and working with to get it done. Thanks!

Very happy I brought my car to kens auto shop..The price is fair and they are very kind n honest..they offer free ride if you need one. Just awesome!!!

Very professional service. They listened to what I needed, directly answered my questions and guided me every step. They made sure I was ok for transportation while they worked on my SUV and prompt with the drop-off and pick-up when I needed it.
