I have an older car which had been sitting for quite a period. I knew there were issues based on the dealership, but needed to find someone else to work on the car (closer to me and much more reasonable). Ken's checked the car out thoroughly, and found the same or similar issues. Due to the cost, they were gracious enough to help me prioritize the needed repairs, then told me what to be aware of as I drove the car afterwards. This is to determine the true extent of additional work needing to be done, though less of a priority. The fact they worked with me and gave me all the facts was a personal touch, and much appreciated. Very happy with the work they have done to this point, I will be taking my car there again. I certainly got more for my dollars, too.
