Bad news was delivered professionally and they took the time to answer all my questions. My truck might be messed up, but I know that they are going to service it correctly at ken’s.

Ryan was friendly and helpful. Though at first I didn’t understand everything he was telling me was wrong with my car, he didn’t have an issue explaining it again. I was satisfied that he didn’t try and convince me to spend the high as heck dollar amount for the work, but I’m shopping around and getting a second opinion because they are waaaayy overpriced. The one thing I did not like is the fact that they basically charged me to top off fluids and inspect and did not tell me upfront they would be charging me $124. Basically ripped me off. But I was glad that I got a breakdown of what they perceived wrong. No work was able to be done on the issues I originally came in for, but they are helpful. They did not keep my car all day, I liked that they offered shuttle service, and had a Keurig/water.

Jasmine, thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback. We NEVER want someone to feel like they were ripped off or taken advantage of. We did have you sign for the diagnostic testing when you dropped off your vehicle and prior to performing any services. We charged you for the diagnostic testing and topped off your fluids @ no charge, however we may have rushed the check in process or not spent enough time explaining what you were signing for. We will work to improve our check in process moving forward.

Best shop in Denver area honest and efficient they do great work and get your car back to you as quickly as possible to keep u safely on the road!!!!The only shop I will use!

I am an older woman who knows nothing about cars so am always concerned when getting car worked. They explained everything that needed to be done and why. I felt I could trust what they were saying.

Everyone at Ken's is on the ball. Ryan is polite and knowledgable. Brittney gave me a ride home when I left my car for a power steering repair. Tina, the owner, was more than willing to accommodate me when I had something come up the day before my appt. at Ken's and I asked about changing the time of my appt. My car was ready as promised, and I know it was repaired with care. I'll keep going to Ken's.

Reasonable pricing, knowledgeable staff. Very straight-forward, and they did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and why. It was also one of the cleanest lobbies I've ever been in.

I needed to bring my vehicle in for an issue that I thought would be a lot more expensive than it turned out to be! Thank you Ken's Auto, for your continued amazing service, including a ride home and back, and you've earned my trust yet again (not that you needed to!).
