Fantastic repair place. They took care of my issue fairly quickly and was extremely on the ball and professional. I felt very taken care of here and was not lied to, or jerked around. The only local mechanic I will take my vehicles to now.

I called earlier today and had some questions and the guy that I spoke to was “incredibly rude” and had basically asked me why I didn’t have certain services done at another location that I was asking about their shop doing for me and I told him it was just for an inspection and that was what I was told my car needed.... I had honestly dealt with the worst customer service at this shop that I have in years he even went as far as to ask me if it was because I couldn’t afford to get the work done when I got the inspection!!! WOW! Lol I will NEVER go here!!!!!!!

We called Ken's as soon as they opened & asked if we could bring our truck down for them to check out a leak. They said yes & even drove me home while they diagnosed & worked on the vehicle. In the estimate, they forgot to mention replacing a hose, but did so without charging us because it needed to be done .They were very professional & I'll certainly work with them again!

Super friendly staff. I'm a college student and the prices and quality of service were more than reasonable.

Amazing, great quality service. Friendly staff. Took the time to properly diagnose my vehicle without charging me a fortune. Fixed my car on a Friday but kept it over the weekend to make sure that they fixed the correct part, which I really appreciated. Will be using them for all of my future repairs!!

I bought a 99 Honda mini van 2 years ago in beautiful condition. About a year after I bought the van it would stall every so often while driving it and in the winter I had to jump it to start it. I'm 71 years old so it was a hardship to keep jumping it and frightening wondering when and where it would stall. I took it to 2 mechanics several times and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was so frustrated and thought about selling it, but didn't want to stick someone else with the problem. Then I found Ken's Auto. I took it in, told Jason (who was wonderful and didn't treat me like a crazy old lady as the previous mechanics did, and who actually listened to me) the story and the next day it was fixed. I just needed a new ignition switch. The wires were old and loose causing both issues. Two months later and I haven't had to jump my van nor has it stalled. I'm ecstatic!!! I enjoyed the free shuttle service, which made my experience carefree. Tina, the owner, and her daughter drove me to and from Ken's and were very helpful and friendly. Another plus is that the bathroom and waiting area are clean and pleasant. I will definitely be taking my van back to Ken's if I ever need more work done. I highly recommend Ken' Auto. Susan K.

Ryan came in clutch! Came in after a minor ice incident to have my car looked at and not only did he respond quickly to both emails I sent, but personally looked at my car. Mahalo Ryan! I'll definitely be bringing my Subaru back in the future.
