Not only did they get our car fixed asap and get us back on the road, they took our family downtown while we had to wait. I was new to town and looking for an honest auto service shop. I read the other reviews and thought I'd check these guys out. I've been in for 2 visits, one for brake check and other for tires. Both times the service tech was honest with what was need; didn't need new brakes, just a clean and adjustment; and tires were not their specialty, so he referred me to a tire store down the road. Never felt pressured to pay for something I didn't need. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Great Job guys !!!

I have several vehicles. My 1999 Tahoe 2dr is my old companion. Many would tell me to junk it but we have been places to ether and saved so many people you just don’t give up on that. After 275,000 miles she came up for some serious suspension and engine repairs. It turns out my previous shop was using cheap Chinese parts. Ken’s corrected all of it and she’s running beautifully.

If you can afford to pay $189.95 for a simple diagnoses then this is the right place for you. I called back a month later, hoping that Ken's Auto Service would give me a fair price on a catalytic converter install, but Justin told me there was nothing he could do for me. Thanks Justin, for such a customer friendly, price gouging experience! I suggest taking your business elsewhere, I know I will. You get no stars.

I don't usually do these reviews, but I had to complement them on a job well done. I have read some of the negative reviews and I was a little cautious. Nothing close to a negative experience happened. I got there a little before 8am and they were already open for business. I was able to drop my car off and they gave me a ride home. About 2 pm they called me to tell me my car was done. They came and picked me up. They were very friendly and professional. They guaranteed their work do 3 years or 30000 miles.
