AMAZING STAFF!! I have been taken advantage of before - it's almost as if females translate into big money for mechanics. Not here. Their technician's look over the vehicle and Ryan let's you know everything that needs to be done. They are an honest shop that I will recommend to everyone.

Wonderful, caring staff. They explained everything in detail, didn't pressure me, provided rides from and back to my vehicle service. They inspected my car for free first before asking me about committing to service. Will go back here for anything else that happens with my car.

I was told by Grease Monkey that it was the water pump on my car that needed to be replaced.I called and spoke with Trish who was very nice and set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. When I brought it to Ken's, Ryan greeted me and was so friendly.They did diagnostic test and confirmed that it was the water pump. Ryan noticed that I had a card on my key chain showing that I was a AAA Member and was able to give me a discount, I didn't even have to ask! Ken's provides a shuttle service and Tina, who I found out on the drive home was the owner, is great. I felt like we were old friends. I will continue to take my car to Ken's for any service it may need and I highly recommend this gem of a place to everyone. No need to look for any other shop, this is the only place that you will want to take your car!!

I had a chronic front brake problem on my Chevy truck and took it to Ken's based on reviews. It is the first time I have used them but it certainly won't be my last. They diagnosed the problem, showed me my old parts and why the problem happened in the first place. Plus reasonable prices and pick up and delivery shuttle. They are pleasant to deal with and don't try to push a bunch of stuff on you that isn't necessary. I certainly have found the shop that will be taking care of my truck for life.

Ken's has been so good to us. They outdid themselves this last time... I had been having issues with my 2001 Honda Civic for a month or so and was trying little things that I could fix on the street (new air filter, topping off the oil, running fuel injector cleaner through), but it went kaput for real on Saturday. We were able to jump the car a few times on the way to drop it off outside of Ken's. We went in on Monday morning and suggested a few things we thought may be the issue. We're by no means mechanics (although I was raised by one) and they listened with respect and took our explanations and assumptions seriously. Because of this, they were able to find the issue easily and they had our car fixed the same day! They also noted a few other possible problems, told us to wait on having our oil changed until we knew the car was running alright, and today we found a card in our car for one year of heavily discounted roadside assistance should we need it in the future. Not only are they great at fixing cars efficiently, but they also explain their findings thoroughly and non-condescendingly like other mechanics tend to. They also make sure to do this BEFORE making ANY repairs to your vehicle, and can give you a quote before performing the service as well. They're completely transparent which is so hard to find. When I moved here, I was anxious about finding a mechanic since my dad had been fixing our cars himself my whole life, but I absolutely trust Ken's to do the best work in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for another job well done!

Upfront and honest! Kept us in the loop as far as progress on the vehicle and they take pride in their services delivered. Explained everything along the way and were extremely friendly to boot! Highly recommend. Will definitely be our go-to shop for any future needs!

Took my husband's SUV here to get the battery replaced. The staff was great and friendly. Service was also great and timely.we dropped the car off overnight. They originally said it would be a couple days to get to the car (due to scheduling around holidays) yet they had the car done well before that original date given. Great service.

They seemed genuinely interested in saving me money on even the diagnostics and inspection I needed for my vehicle. They found several issues, but advised me not to invest more money into the car, which was a Subaru with 185k miles on it. I was hoping to keep it running for another year or so and they could have easily persuaded me to put just a little more money into it, but they were honest with me instead. They also took their time to explain all the problems and made sure I understood the issues.

Called for a quote for a heater core replacement on my jeep Cherokee and the lady who answered the phone asked do I want a good job done or a cheap job done because its like fast food a cheeseburger is a cheeseburger so please take your other vehicles to other places because it doesnt matter a good job should be done no matter what

This may be the best repair shop in Denver..I will never know. I called to get an oil change for my 2004 Mercury Marauder and asked If they had . Motorcraft 5w20 synthetic blend. This is what I have been using for 14 years and my car runs like new. I offered to bring the oil if that was one they did not carry and was told that they could get me that oil an oil change would be $152.88!!! I am going to the Ford dealer getting the same oil and service for $39.95. Oil change is not brain surgery. I do a lot of the work on this vehicle my self and turn to competent mechanics when it is out of my league..(or in the case of oil requires proper disposal) . too bad lost a potential customer before they even won her business.
