If I could I would give 0 stars. I called this morning on a quote for a repair. The person who answered the phone gave me a price within seconds of me telling him what I needed and the make and model of the car. He quoted me double of what the other 7 shops I called quoted me. I know he didn’t even bother looking up the parts or my car because I was in the phone with the other shops for at least 5 minutes. Unfortunately I know it’s because I’m a woman and he probably thought I didn’t know anything about cars. I’m sorry that this shop lost out on a sale because of a shovanistic employee. I try to only go to privately owned shops but if this the way they treat sutomers here then I understand why corporate owned shops are becoming more and more popular.

My family and I have used Ken's for years. Very honest and knowledgeable!! Same awesome staff every time you go in. I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else!

I have a very old truck that I am emotionally attached with. We have been together a very long time. Ken's son was the tech working on my truck. They came up with a big laundry list of items but then we talked through what was important to keep it running and safe. After we hit some pricy items, Big Blue is running strong. I'll be back to clean up the list. No one else is touching my truck again. Well done Ken's

I took my car in to have the brakes checked. Brakes were fine. They found a few things that needed service, but there was no pressure to do any of it. I appreciated the ride home while they checked it out. Will definitely go back!

Good work. More expensive than the dealership. Almost $500 for transmission and differental fill and flush.

Finally getting around to my review. Took my car in to get Checked due to failed emissions. They were able to find the problem quickly and fixed it, but offered to get the emissions done to make sure it was correct. Also has a great car service. Very nice people too, listens to the needs of the customer. Only 4 stars because they are on the higher priced end of things.

These people at kens auto are scammers.The lady at the front desk is nice but when they told me that it would be 509 plus to change spark plugs I said to myself something has to be wrong here. First off they are charging 19.26 for each spark plug totally at over 115 The wires at over 141 The labor 200 dollars These people have to be crazy considering I can get all 6 spark plugs from amazon for like 17 dollars lol The wires are like 20 dollars Over 500 dollars to get the spark plugs changed ......no thank you Stay away from this place!

I scheduled an inspection appointment for 8am, left my car there the night before, and showed up early. There is absolutely no reason why it took over 8 hours for my car to get inspected! I left and came back around 330pm and they were JUST getting to my car. What is the point of scheduling appointments if you're not going to honor them! Then I was told I would get a quote for the damages the next day and they still haven't even managed that! I called other auto shops and they quoted me on the spot. Smh this is disgusting

Ken's wasn't able to fix my newer-car-warranty-problem-that-the-dealer-denied. But they were super friendly, checked it all out, gave me ammunition on what to do and sent me on my way at no charge. This girl was happy and will return.
