Ken's Auto service was Impeccable. They kept in consistent contact with me by way of txt. Provided picture of what need repairs. This was above and beyond. I am not use to a repair shop being so transparent but Ken's Auto is very transparent. Ken's Auto also provided a breakdown of Repairs that were Urgent vs. Repairs that could wait a little longer. This helped me with deciding. Again the transparency was phenomenal. I have found a reliable through mechanic service and I will continue to go to Ken's Auto shop.
