Kens Auto is truly one of the rare mechanics you want on your list of must haves. Honest & accurate! Kens Auto has been around for many years (at least over 22 for our family) and the service just can't be beat!

Family ran, no BS, friendly staff, great prices, honest answers. Got an unreasonable estimate from Nissan, went to Ken's fixed all the problems for a third of the price, just took the car on a 2000 mile road trip and everything is great! Would recommend to anyone!

Had issues with jeep that I thought only the dealership could diagnose and fix but Key's was able to find and fix! Still running good and sent me discount coupons and thank you card.

This was the second time I had to have my car looked at and they were awesome again! They are always fair and always getting my car done in a timely manner. This time I had to have my struts replaced. They were able to get my car in the next day and when they weren't done when they thought they should have been (a small hiccup occurred with the part) they gave me a loaner car so that I could still get work! I recommend this mechanic 100%! I love this place. It's hard to find a good mechanic that you trust and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. Thank you for always taking great care of me and my car!

Made my first trip to Ken's Auto Service recently I was very impressed. They treat you great, they know their stuff, they take appointments seriously, and the quality of their work is terrific. They let you know what your vehicle's problems are, what needs to be taken care of now, and what can wait till the next visit. I highly recommend this shop.

As a woman, I never trust repair shops simply because they push on maintenance that the car doesn't really need just to make a quick buck out of you. They also don't even do the repair that they suggest, but Ken's auto is different and they give no bs about the repairs. My Toyota Rav 4, although in good condition needed some maintenance done and they were honest about what needed to be done and replaced in order for it to drive more than 500 miles out of state and explained in detail what needed to be done. They also provided shuttle service, even though I live 20 min away, they drove me home and picked me up to get my car. From now on I probably will stick with Ken's Auto for oil changes, and stay away from the large chains like Grease Monkey

Ken's was fantastic! I got in an accident and moved very quickly to work myself and my insurance company in order to get my car in and out in a timely matter! The only downside is they don't so body work but other than that they were great. Would recommend to anyone!

I dread going to mechanics. My worst fear is getting used and having them say that things need to be fixed that don't need to be fixed. Or that they'll overcharge me. Single female..I've been taken advantage of in the past and it's definitely left a sour taste in my mouth any since. I walked in to Ken's auto service with an expectation that I was going to be hit with a hefty bill because I thought I needed new brakes. When the 36-point inspection was finish Ryan came to tell me what they found. He was COMPLETELY honest, and told me that the brakes did *not* need to be replaced, nor that anything else needed to be attended to. Talk about transparency. He's definitely won a customer. Thanks, Ken's Auto. I hope others get to experience your great service.

My family and I have used Ken's for years. Very honest and knowledgeable!! Same awesome staff every time you go in. I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else!

We needed new tires, and found Ken's on Google. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a chance. I called and got a good quote (only a few dollars more than Discount Tires, plus service). I was able to get in, and then they even gave me a ride back home so I wouldn't have to wait. When they picked me up, Ryan had made a "to-do" list of other things on the car that should be fixed sometime, but no pressure to have him do it, or do it then. I appreciated all the friendly faces, the service, and the excellent communication. Ken's is definitely a business you want in your corner!
