I’ve owned my vehicle for 10 or more years so I knowingly have a knowledge of its history. I brought it in because I was aware it was not running healthy based on sounds and performance. I gave as much detail as possible and they listened to me as the vehicle owner. I received a call the same day I dropped it off confirming my suspicions and provided logical recommendations for repair. I appreciate the diagnostic website used to provide as a visual as the owner of the vehicle, very helpful. When we spoke about the quote, truthful information was given about what was urgent and not. Being upfront with Kens Auto allowed them to be forthcoming on their findings and realistic with the quote. When I picked up my vehicle the amount was slightly under the quote. Quality work always comes at a cost! Thank you for the ride to and from!! Communication is key.

Like always, dependable! When I take my car in for service or in my case two days age my car's alternator gave out. Ryan told me, we'll look at the problem and let you know. Yes sir, he did Ken's repaired the problem and had it done the next day. Did I worry? let me tell I didn't have to. Ken's Auto Service did a great job repairing our car! The car was in an accident the previous day. Another car ran into the front wheel and did significant damage to the wheel and suspension. Ken's Auto Service restored the suspension and brought it back into alignment. Thanks for getting my car going again!
