I luv u guys. You are so honest. After accidentally putting the wrong oil in my car you guys explained to me what had happened and then drained it and put the right oil in my car. I could have easily went somewhere eles to pay the 80.00 and have the same thing happen and they would have let me drive home without correcting the mistake. The only good and bad problem with your shop is you guys are so busy, but that just means to me that your shop is da bomb. I will always come to Kens autos for my oil changes. Be proud you have a great thing going. It's nice to have you so close to my house and such a friendly staff and ownership. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!!!!!

Ken's found and fixed a problem that another shop could not find. They diagnosed and completed the repair in a single day and my car now runs fine.

Tina was very courteous and treated me like we had known each other for years. She was upfront that although they might not be the cheapest, they strived to do it right the first time. Being rated A+ by the BBB was also a plus for me. This was the first reason I contacted Ken's. Tina and the staff at the checkout are the reasons I will go back. Thank you
