I've been hesitant to reply to your e-mail,but figured I'll get it off my chest.Your service is great, very knowledgable & friendly,& I have recommended friends to you.BUT,the last time I came in you charged me for a 100.00 diagnostic(after I told you what the problem was)& charged me over twice what the part retailed for.Now I'm all about a business making money & paying for what you get,but that was a little "rich" for me.
A diagnostic test is the only true way to confirm what is wrong with a vehicle, it prevents us from replacing good parts that we may have originally suspected are bad. The part may have been more expensive that what a parts store may quote but it is covered by a parts & LABOR warranty, most parts stores do not warranty labor if the part is purchased through them.
