Ryan commented that locating parts for my car can be difficult. This wasn't a negative remark, it's a fact, so I am grateful for the extra work they have to go through to find them! The staff is always friendly and take the extra step to have a loaner car lined up for me to use. My car is "challenging" to work on and I am a repeat visitor. They never seem to dread when I call and I thank everyone very kindly for all their hard work!!

Well, it's like this...You never want to take your vehicle to the shop. But when the time comes that you have to get some work done, Ken's is the only place we take our vehicles for work/service. They never try and sell you service you don't need. They care and want you to get back on the road. (Thank you!)
