Another perfect interaction with Ken's. Ryan and the staff are always polite and efficient. They do the work that's needed, without any of the up selling and bill padding you see at other shops. You can count on getting your car repaired on the schedule promised and for the agreed price. Our cars are 12 years old and Ken's has really been helpful in keeping them running. The shuttle service and the Heather Gardens discount are value added services that keep us coming back.

Really good customer service. I had to deal with insurance because my catalytic converter was stolen, and Ryan helped me navigate the process of getting insurance to do their part. Ryan kept me updated frequently on the repairs. Also they send you photos of what they find during the diagnostic and that was very helpful.
