My first time at Ken's was impressive. They kept my car for a day and gave me transportation home and back while looking into my car's problem. They had never seen my problem before and made calls elsewhere to see if other places had dealt with a cable in the trunk that wasn't releasing the back seats. They came up with a work-around since there was no real solution to the cable not working as it used to. It's a work-around that I can operate, so I'm content. I certainly appreciate the solution. I couldn't have come up with it myself.
