Due to defective new battery, which I wasn’t aware of my car kept stalling. Ryan was able to trace the vendor and have the battery replaced. I didn’t have any receipt for the defective battery. He kept me informed of what was happening and what would cost and asked for approval before doing the work. Nice and friendly staff and I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

My vehicle had a number of things that need to be fixed, and needed to be in the shop for a few days. I was able to use a loaner car until my car was ready. I was provided regular updates and had multiple payment options. Thank you all for great service!!

Ken’s Auto provides great service! Many can repair autos but personal service is sometimes rare! The staff is very supportive in assisting with the repair process!

Everybody at this shop was very professional and helpful. Billy in particular. I thought that I had a major problem with my car that would be very expensive to fix. Billy has a lot of knowledge and spent a while on the phone with me giving me suggestions so I wouldn't have to. They performed a special oil change on my car that seems to have improved the performance on my vehicle significantly. They also performed a very detailed inspection which included pictures/videos of my vehicle so I could see why they recommended additional repairs. I definitely plan on taking my vehicle here in the future.

I am sorry I didn’t get your message that my car was done, but glad my son was able to pick my car up when he did. I really appreciate all of your help you have given me in the past and will only have your service department work on my car. You are # 1 in my book!!!
