Ken's Auto Service is absolutely the best customer oriented auto service center I've ever used. Ken's took me to where I needed to go, picked me up, loaned me a vehicle so I could go to work and got my car back on the road in record time. Their level of customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Ken's to everyone. Thanks to the entire staff at Ken's Auto Service for all you've done.

The good news is they check your car and find out what's wrong with it-but despite their ratings on Google and the Better Business Bureau, there may be some truth to some of those bad reviews. Shortly after I took my car to their shop, my car starting having more problems than ever. Or so I thought. My car started making a loud, thumping terrible noise and when I took the hubcap off, I discovered the lug nuts were not screwed back on all the way!! To make matters worse, the ball joint which was not loose before now was and I almost had a fatal accident when it gave and caused the entire axle to come off. I don't know if that was done purposefully so that I would be frightened into coming back for repairs, but the fact that the lug nuts were not even screwed back on to the tires blatantly tells me a lot. Not only will I be submitting this review, I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That wasn't right at all and I will make sure people know about what this place did.

I had such a good experience at kens today. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and most of all I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off when I walked out of their. I love this place and I recommend them to anyone having car problems.

Unless something changes dramatically, we will be lifetime Ken's customers based on our first experience there. We had been told by a dealer that we needed new brakes, but Ken's told us we didn't. They also fixed a problem we'd had for years that was preventing alignments from working, the same problem the dealer wanted to charge three times as much to do! The customer service is amazing and they don't try to sell you things you don't need, which is rare with mechanics!!

Everyone from Ryan to Tina are extremely professional. They worked on my car until they narrowed down what the real problem was. I was referred to them and will stay with them!

I have been around car mechanics for a long time, and the most important thing you look for is a company of mechanics who are trustworthy. Especially since most know nothing about vehicle repair. This is the most trusted auto repair shop I've ever seen. I've worked with them many times, and they continue to impress me. Just the other day, they did a full check up and then since my tires were bald, they referred me to Tire Discount because T.D. can offer the same tires I needed at a price $400 cheaper. Really? How incredible is that? Look no where else for car repair than Ken's.

Recently moved to the area and needed a local mechanic. Took my truck in for an oil change to test run the place out and was satisfied with the service. Took it back 2 weeks later for a major repair on drive train and am trilled with the work done. They even gave me a ride to and from my home so I didn't have to wait there all day! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ken's located a very hard to find squealing noise from under my vehicle. I thought the repairs were pretty expensive until I found out that the replacement part (from the manufacturer) was the entire drive shaft, support bearings, and support brackets. I was very pleased that they even showed me the old drive shaft and pointed out the problem area and other wear points that they noticed. Ken's continues to give me excellent, fast service and fair prices. They even sent a courtesy driver to pick me up so that I could retrieve my vehicle.

I manage a shipping location in Aurora, and was recommended to them by AVIS just around the corner from them. I can say my business had a pretty bad taste in our mouth from the last shop we thought to use. Ken's has always provided for if not exceeded my expectations. We have had everything from brakes, to alignments, to electrical, to oil changes. They have always been accurate and great at estimating for me. I honestly, in nearly a year now, cannot think of one time they "up-sold" me. That's huge if you ask me, I personally tend to know what i want though.
