Ken's Auto Service made special arrangements for me to be able to get my car fixed while I waited so that I didn't need a loaner vehicle. Every time I have had work done by the Ken's it has been the highest quality of workmanship and customer service. Even though they are located over 25 miles from me they continue to be my go to auto service facility.

When the starter went out in our vehicle I called Ken's and spoke with Ryan. He said if we had it towed in they would do the diagnostic test that day and would probably be able to repair it within a couple days. We were beyond pleased when it ended up being repaired and ready to pick up the same day for exactly the cost we anticipated. Ryan kept me informed of each step from receiving the vehicle, getting a quote, and completion. Thank you for good service that is so rare these days!
