Ken's auto did a great job fixing our car. We had multiple issues. Their assessment and help prioritizing was key. They are not the cheapest repair shop but you get what you pay for. The coupons they offered helped reduce the over all bill. Their warranty gives me peace of mind that they stand behind the work they do.

Great staff and service. They were really great at helping me understand what was wrong with my vehicle and the best way to fix it. Vehicle runs like new will not go anywhere else for work but here from now on.

I initially took my 2003 Chevrolet Venture in for new struts. However, after inspection I was encouraged to wait on the struts (very expensive) and have the front tires replaced and breaks adjusted for safety. This was least expensive of the options. I appreciated that Ken's was not just out for the money, instead this company is more concerned about what's best for their customers! This is a rare thing to find. I will always bring my vehicle to Ken's.

Customer service was outstanding. I especially appreciated the shuttle to and from my home. Also the complimentary rental car when things took a little longer than planned. I will definitely be using Ken’s again!

I enjoyed my experience here. I found that friendly professional, knowledgeable and genuine people work at this establishment. Never had that level of customer service from a mechanic shop before. So far so good with the work I've had done with them on my vehicle. Super pleased. Very helpful & fair prices.
