My truck is almost 10 years old and needed some significant replacement parts; shocks, struts, serpentine belt, etc. I am the original owner and none of these had ever been replaced. I want to thank the guys at Ken's for giving me a breakdown of what was needed and what was priority. Never any pressure, they just laid it out there and let me decide what course of action to take. It drives like a new truck and I'm returning next week for new spark plugs, battery, and power steering service. Great Job guys. I'll feel much more confident taking my truck on our summer vacation this year.

Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond in service.They fixed the "Check Engine" light and then checked my car top to bottom to ensure everything was in top shape. This is my only trusted shop for all my vehicles since 2006. I always recommend this place.

As always, Ken's Auto Service was a very positive experience when it came to replacing the alternator in my son's car. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and just as quickly had the car ready to go first thing in the morning. All with a friendly attitude toward the customer.

My husband and I always bring our vehicles in when there is an issue that we can't fix on our own. This time there was a tranny leak in my Jeep. The work ended up being less than the original quoted cost, and the turn around time was only two days when it was originally expected to be a week. We are moving to Texas and SO SAD that we can't bring Ken's entire team with us! Their work is always warrantied and the service is always wonderful. Thank you for helping us with our vehicle troubles over the last 5 years Ken's! We are going to miss you!
