I love how they were fast and to the point. They offered free coding because my check engine light came on and they called me before they started doing any sort of repairs after the diagnoses. They also offered a courtesy inspection for free that informed me of some future issues that may be an issues and clarified that other parts of my car was okay. They also got me my car back, fixed the check engine light issue, With in 8 hours! I mainly worked with Ryan, and the customer service was excellent! He talked to me like a human, not like an idiot who didn't know common sense. I'll defiantly be going back to Ken's shop for any more repair work. :)

Scheduling an appointment to bring my car in to get the window fixed was a breeze. Diagnostic and repair costs were explained up front - there were no surprises. My car was ready when they said it would be. And they even cleaned the duct tape residue from the window once it was fixed!

Took SUV in to have brakes checked & there was 65-70% still available, oil & filter change, also a 38 point check revealed leaks at the differential, low battery and dirty brake fluid, So had it all repaired/fixed and SUV is in great shape for thousands of more miles. Appreciate the excellent work and services received... and continue to pass on Ken's place to my friends and neighbors... NOTE: used Bozarth (Chevy Garage) for all my previous SUV needs since it was new in 2004, but have had several issues with them the last three times I had services done there & time to get someone more reliable and cost effective for my services...Thank you for the thorough job and services. look forward to bringing in my 2013 Nissan in the near future for an Oil change and 38 Point inspection..
