Ken’s always does a great job and provides me with detailed feedback, including photos, during the repair process. They were able to diagnose my vehicle’s issue as well as fix it when 2-3 other shops/professionals were unable to find the root of the issue. Andrew, in particular, was extremely communicative throughout the process and answered any questions I had when they arose.
