Inspected old Tahoe for a long trip

My car's starter died July 3rd after noon. Both Andrews at Ken's got my car in and ordered the part that day. My car was ready on the 5th. Thank you!

I appreciate Andrew, Holly, Ryan and ALL of the rest of the auto mechanics for helping me as a retired and mourning mother of a beloved son. They ALL were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive of me during my difficulties with my vehicle. My car was making a weird noise and I was unable to get into my regular mechanic, I saw Kens in passing and decided to stop in. The personnel was very friendly. I was able to make an appt that was only a few days out. Which is great, cause I'd been waiting weeks at other places. I dropped my car off for my appointment, they have a courtesy shuttle to get you home/wherever you need to go within a certain distance. That is definitely appreciated. They were very communicative and professional. They provided updates throughout and I got my car back as quickly as allowed based on the work that needed to be completed. The cost of the work was very reasonable and I will use them in the future for my automotive needs. I will definitely recommend Kens to friends and family.

Had an issue with my a/c, but couldn't schedule appointment until after 12 noon. Ken's crew accommodated my work schedule with no promises on when they could complete the repair. They knocked it out in a few hours and I was driving home later that afternoon--without having to grab a rental! At every turn, they contacted me with the latest development that they discovered during the repair. This may be my go-to car repair center from now on!

Great experience with Ken's Auto. I ultimately declined service only because the vehicle is too old to make the quoted diagnostic make sense, but I will absolutely use them for service on my other vehicles. They were thorough, honest, straightforward & were understanding when I declined service.
