My experience with Ken’s auto service was great. My car failed emissions inspection, so I called Ken’s because they are certified for this kind of assessment and repair. I called on Friday, they were able to get me on Tuesday, and then were even able to accommodate a last minute schedule change and move me to Wednesday. Billie and Ryan were friendly and professional every time they called with an update. They were able to fix the issue on the first round of repairs and took the car to be re-inspected for me. While it was more costly than I hoped it would be, it was good value for money. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how quickly they got everything done.

I defiantly highly recommend you guys for any service. As a single female it has been hard finding an auto mechanic that wont over charge me for stuff that I don't need. When I went in I felt I was treated just as if it were a guy walking in. The attention to detail and the reports are super helpful on knowing what needs fixed asap and what isn't as diet to fix right away. Also got good recommendations on when to fix other parts of my car. Will highly recommend you guys when ever someone needs a reliable and quality auto mechanic.

I just want to give high praise to Ken’s automotive. The staff is very friendly and treats everyone equally. Bieng a single female I’ve had a hard time finding an auto mechanic that I trust. I am so glad that I got referred to them. They will be my go to auto mechanic for all my needs. They also have a shuttle service for up to 8 miles away which is nice for the lengthy repairs. If you want a mechanic that treats women and men equal then go to Ken’s.

We have been doing business together as they have helped us in fixing our company cars. They have done a wonderful job, and they have been very reliable and responsive.

This auto shop is attentive and descriptive when detailing the work done on the vehicle and relaying that info to me. I would return here for service again!
