It was my first time using this shop for repairs to my car, and I was blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and integrity of this business! I had never before been offered a ride back to my home after dropping it off, or offered a ride to the shop from my home when my car was ready to be picked up, so I was impressed right away with this service alone. When they called me to tell me what was wrong with the car, they explained the problem in detail so I had no problem in agreeing to have the work done by them, as I too, knew that the noise had something to do with the power steering, among two other problems related to it. When I picked it up, once again the rep was totally honest with me, telling me that while the noise was significantly better in terms of grinding and moaning, that I might be looking to have the power steering pump replaced if the noise came back and got worse. When I drove the car out of the lot, there was a huge difference (for the better) with the noise, and so was very pleased with the outcome. They also offered me a 3-year warranty on the parts and other benefits that no other car repair shop had ever offered me. I left with a complimentary coffee mug, a mug warmer, magnet, and car air freshener, with a huge smile on my face! It was very obvious that this was a family-run business that took great pride in their work, and I observed that they have many return customers who appeared to have a great relationship with the staff:)! I will never go anywhere else but Ken's from now on!!
