Had problems with my heater on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Dropped off my vehicle with Ryan. Throughout the day Ryan would give me a call with updates about my vehicle. That alone is service, and I appreciate them keeping me updated on my vehicle. It is so hard to find trustworthy auto service centers and I hate it whenever I have to take my vehicle in, but since I have taken my Jeep in to Ken's Auto Service (twice now) I have left there feeling like I was taken care of with honest, friendly, trustworthy people.
