Ran over a huge pothole and ended up damaging the undercarriage of my car which was dragging along the street. Thankfully, ken’s auto service was close by and they were able to help me within 30 minutes. While they don’t service VW cars they did manage to reattach the part that was dragging and recommended me to another mechanic to take a look at another part of my car that may have been damaged upon the impact. They didn’t even charge me for this, which blew me away but I was totally appreciative of. Highly recommend checking them out. They’re quick, efficient, and incredibly honest with their pricing and assessments.

I have used Kens auto because they are honest and the price is always excellent. Customer service is very good and I am always treated with respect. Kens fixed my windshield fluid system on time and at a price that left a huge smile on my face. I don’t use anyone else. If I have an issue I go straight to Kens.

Top notch mechanical service, will warn, they know they're good and they charge a tiny bit more, but their work is totally worth the price. 2 big fat thumbs up

Service was quick and efficient. We expected the work to require a lot more time than it did. Ken Auto service was able to work with my insurance, so I had to do very little with my insurance company.

Kens auto may seem a bit pricey, but overall its whether you trust your mechanic to do a good job and stand behind it, have taken several cars there, still going back. I recommend Kens auto.
