I did some research before reaching out to Ken's Auto Service. I haven't had great luck in the past with auto help. Their reviews were good, family owned, location was ideal, but what sealed the deal was my first phone call with a gentleman named Matt. I have never spoke to anyone from an auto service company that was as pleasant, patient, and kind as Matt was! Matt was able to get me in the very next morning. We discussed the issues I was having and they were going to take a look, do a full inspection and help me with my concerns. Not only did they find an issue, but photos were sent to me along with full reports. The diagnostic test they do is different on the receiving end from any other place I've gone to. I really appreciated that. Another great service they offer is a free shuttle service. A super sweet young lady named Brittany picked me up from home, brought me to Ken's Auto Service, and offered me their loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. A little extra goes a long way and other businesses should take note. When my jeep was finished Matt once again went over everything with me, no surprise charges and even went above and beyond by helping me out with issues from another auto service. Had the pleasure of meeting Tina, her and her husband are the owners. Tina is humble, honest, and truly wants to help people. This was the first time I actually was pleased with the service I had done at an auto service company. For the first time I can say that I have a mechanic that I trust! That's big! Thank you Ken's Auto Service, thank you Tina, Brittany and especially you Matt!! You are a '10' in my book!!
