I had my first experience with Ken's this week, and it was great. I decided to try them because they have a shuttle bus if you're within 5 miles of them, and they're AAA-approved for auto repair. (Also good BBB rating) I had to get a lot of maintenance work done, as well as something related to an attempted break-in of my car. They got me in very quickly (a couple of days after I scheduled a time online), and it all went very smoothly. They texted me a link showing a breakdown of all the things they checked on, and whether I needed maintenance on various items or not. I know my car fairly well, and they didn't find anything that surprised me, nor did they try to pull a fast one on me. The shuttle was very efficient and the shuttle driver is friendly. I will definitely be a return customer!

Great location! They are very accommodating and offer shuttle and loaner vehicles. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. No work is done prior to your approval and everything is explained upfront!

Service was excellent. Andrew, my Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, my car is 22 years old and the necessary part is no longer available. Andrew was able to find one at a dealership in New Mexico. Ken's Auto was able to get it installed quickly and my car seems to be doing fine.
