I am in a rehab hospital and my niece up from Texas is taking care of my wife. I explained that to the auto svc zI have used for years and they had no suggestion. Even the Ford dealer could not help. Ryan recognized my dilemma and took care of us. I will use you again.

Knowledge level is high. Communication and personable high. Trustworthy rating high. I have a 2004 vehicle with known issues. The identified those issues and didn’t try to add on a bunch of other things to drive up the costs. Only been there for three issues it I’m comfortable and trust continuing to have them care for my vehicles.

Tina (I think that's her name, it's been a year since I was there, but the owner) is so kind! My sister had been so stressed about her undercarriage (she'd driven over a tire, and we were on a trip, miles from home) and Tina was so comforting and had such a calming presence. She knows exactly what she's doing, very experienced, and she's great at explaining what's going on in layman's terms for those of us who don't know an axle rod from a piston haha her place is so comfortable and chill, they've got a waiting room with snacks and drinks and TV, so we had a nice, relaxing time and we have Tina and her place to thank for it!

I have made three visits now to Ken's Auto Repair. Two of my visits were for major items on my vehicle. All of the items were taken care of and repaired in a timely manner. The work was performed correctly. My questions were answered so that I could understand different aspects of my vehicle. The staff is courteous and helpful which in turn makes me feel comfortable about having my vehicle worked on by professionals.
