Have always had great experiences with Ken’s Auto. They will give you their recommendations but don’t pressure you to commit to services and give realistic time/cost expectations. Excellent level of service. Clean lobby/waiting area and nice amenities in the waiting room such as coffee and soda. Everyone is friendly and personable!

Taken great care of in the end and I will be returning for future car issues

We were in a bind and were broken down by the side of the road. AAA responded and towed us to Ken’s. From a bad day to a good day Ken’s proved to be a game changer for us. They diagnosed the problem perfectly and I had photos and a complete explanation of the problem and solution within a couple hours. We were a ‘walk-in’ (ok, a tow-in’) and they had us going incredibly fast. Ken’s is definitely our new place for auto repairs.

These guys are the best. It's like leaving your car with some friends. You can trust them. They don't mess with you to sell you a service you don't need. Even when booked, they go the extra mile to make sure that when an emergency occurs, they will go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Ken's will be my mechanic as long as I have a car.

Amazing! I called on a Monday about a broken ac and it was back by Wednesday morning. They are the best in Aurora.

Ken’s went above and beyond for my family, when on a Friday afternoon and 3 hours from home they were able to get us in right away and help us with major vehicle trouble! They worked efficiently throughout the whole process to get us home safe. To top it all off they were kind, honest, and offered very reasonable prices! Wish we lived closer to use them for all of our future vehicle needs!
