Ryan was friendly and helpful. Though at first I didn’t understand everything he was telling me was wrong with my car, he didn’t have an issue explaining it again. I was satisfied that he didn’t try and convince me to spend the high as heck dollar amount for the work, but I’m shopping around and getting a second opinion because they are waaaayy overpriced. The one thing I did not like is the fact that they basically charged me to top off fluids and inspect and did not tell me upfront they would be charging me $124. Basically ripped me off. But I was glad that I got a breakdown of what they perceived wrong. No work was able to be done on the issues I originally came in for, but they are helpful. They did not keep my car all day, I liked that they offered shuttle service, and had a Keurig/water.
Jasmine, thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback. We NEVER want someone to feel like they were ripped off or taken advantage of. We did have you sign for the diagnostic testing when you dropped off your vehicle and prior to performing any services. We charged you for the diagnostic testing and topped off your fluids @ no charge, however we may have rushed the check in process or not spent enough time explaining what you were signing for. We will work to improve our check in process moving forward.
