Dropped my car off at 8am. Get a call at 245pm telling me they can’t work on the car cause it’s lowered. Car was parked at the front of the shop right in front of their main door and it took 6 and a half hours to figure that out? I could have taken the car somewhere else had someone just looked out the window. It’s ridiculous. Thanks for wasting my one day off during the week and now I will be without my car for another week until I can take time off. I’m speechless. I’ve never had problems with this in the past with them as I have taken lowered vehicles there before. I just don’t get how a scheduled appointment vehicle could have just been overlooked.

Good morning, we can certainly understand the frustration with the situation, however the first phone called was placed @ 10:00 am and a voicemail was left at that time. The second call from us was placed @ 2:00 in the afternoon when realized that you had not returned the voicemail. Yes we have aligned a different vehicle that was lowered for you but this particular vehicle would not go up onto the alignment rack. We do not want to risk damaging your vehicle by forcing the issue

Pretty upset with them. They asked me to bring in my car in the morning for them to call me at 245pm to tell me they can’t work on it cause it’s lowered. Car was sitting right upfront your waiting area and it took you 6 and a half hours to figure that out? It was literally sitting 10 feet away from your front door. Now I lost a day to do alignment on my only day off during the week and can’t drive my car for another week. Ive been there in the past and has no issues with a lowered car. I just don’t get it and won’t do business with people that have inconsistent sloppy practices. The car was parked right in front of your window! What a complete waste of a day and time.

Could not be more pleased with the quality of the communication, service and results from Ken's Auto Service. Asked for estimate and the service manager(douche)said he didnt think he could help me unless he saw the vehicle....if I want you to do the work just do it..but I'll take my vehicles elsewhere from here on out..great customer service clownshoes

We understand that at time it can be frustrating but we cannot provide accurate estimates on certain repairs without inspecting the vehicle first. We would rather provide no price than the wrong price

Bad news was delivered professionally and they took the time to answer all my questions. My truck might be messed up, but I know that they are going to service it correctly at ken’s.
