Everyone was very nice. I liked the text that showed what things on my car needed some attention and when I should think about getting the work completed. No pressure to get them done now, didn't feel like I was being pushed to do work that wasn't needed at this time. I really appreciate that!

They are so nice at Ken's. The one thing I really appreciate is that they don't try to rake me over the coals every time I go. They're pricing is very fair. I wish I would have found 10 years ago. Would have saved me a lot of headache and money.

Fast, friendly and courteous! I dropped my vehicle off without an appointment I was told they wouldn’t have time to even look at it for another 10 days. They were able to find the time to not only look at it working a couple of days but also has it repaired.
