Dropped my car off at 8am. Get a call at 245pm telling me they can’t work on the car cause it’s lowered. Car was parked at the front of the shop right in front of their main door and it took 6 and a half hours to figure that out? I could have taken the car somewhere else had someone just looked out the window. It’s ridiculous. Thanks for wasting my one day off during the week and now I will be without my car for another week until I can take time off. I’m speechless. I’ve never had problems with this in the past with them as I have taken lowered vehicles there before. I just don’t get how a scheduled appointment vehicle could have just been overlooked.
Good morning, we can certainly understand the frustration with the situation, however the first phone called was placed @ 10:00 am and a voicemail was left at that time. The second call from us was placed @ 2:00 in the afternoon when realized that you had not returned the voicemail. Yes we have aligned a different vehicle that was lowered for you but this particular vehicle would not go up onto the alignment rack. We do not want to risk damaging your vehicle by forcing the issue
