Ken’s always does a great job and provides me with detailed feedback, including photos, during the repair process. They were able to diagnose my vehicle’s issue as well as fix it when 2-3 other shops/professionals were unable to find the root of the issue. Andrew, in particular, was extremely communicative throughout the process and answered any questions I had when they arose. I highly recommend Ken’s to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic - I travel well over 15 miles each way to continue servicing my vehicle with them. Thank you!

Can’t recommend this shop enough! They’ve always done great work, fast and efficient. I appreciate their ability to communicate well, and can explain things clearly. The guys are friendly, very knowledgeable and overall pleasant to work with.

The staff was very courteous and personable. The shuttle driver included. They did what my car needed and then let me know of future things to plan for. Highly recommend.

Ken's Auto Service has been nothing but awesome with me and my car. They were completely understanding with my situation, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of.
