While I haven’t actually had any work done on my vehicle here, their customer service was excellent. On the first day of a new job, my almost 20 year old car was acting very strangely. Ken’s automotive was the first mechanic that could fit me in and had high ratings in an area I was unfamiliar with. While the outcome was pretty much worst case scenario for an old rusty suv, the technicians were diligent and honest about potential costs and complications. I didn’t feel pressured or talked down to during the whole process. I enjoyed the text updates and links- certainly helps when you don’t have to wait for a phone call, as well as the diagnostic pictures and explanations. Thank you!
