Had problems with my heater on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Dropped off my vehicle with Ryan. Throughout the day Ryan would give me a call with updates about my vehicle. That alone is service, and I appreciate them keeping me updated on my vehicle. It is so hard to find trustworthy auto service centers and I hate it whenever I have to take my vehicle in, but since I have taken my Jeep in to Ken's Auto Service (twice now) I have left there feeling like I was taken care of with honest, friendly, trustworthy people. I have finally found my personal mechanic. Thank you to the entire team at Ken's Auto Service!

Ran over a huge pothole and ended up damaging the undercarriage of my car which was dragging along the street. Thankfully, ken’s auto service was close by and they were able to help me within 30 minutes. While they don’t service VW cars they did manage to reattach the part that was dragging and recommended me to another mechanic to take a look at another part of my car that may have been damaged upon the impact. They didn’t even charge me for this, which blew me away but I was totally appreciative of. Highly recommend checking them out. They’re quick, efficient, and incredibly honest with their pricing and assessments.

I have used Kens auto because they are honest and the price is always excellent. Customer service is very good and I am always treated with respect. Kens fixed my windshield fluid system on time and at a price that left a huge smile on my face. I don’t use anyone else. If I have an issue I go straight to Kens.
