What People Say About
Ken’s Auto Service

I have several vehicles. My 1999 Tahoe 2dr is my old companion. Many would tell me to junk it but we have been places to ether and saved so many people you just don’t give up on that. After 275,000 miles she came up for some serious suspension and engine repairs. It turns out my previous shop was using cheap Chinese parts. Ken’s corrected all of it and she’s running beautifully.

Thank you for the wonderful recommendation! We’re so glad to hear your pleased with our work.

If you can afford to pay $189.95 for a simple diagnoses then this is the right place for you. I called back a month later, hoping that Ken's Auto Service would give me a fair price on a catalytic converter install, but Justin told me there was nothing he could do for me. Thanks Justin, for such a customer friendly, price gouging experience! I suggest taking your business elsewhere, I know I will. You get no stars.

I don't usually do these reviews, but I had to complement them on a job well done. I have read some of the negative reviews and I was a little cautious. Nothing close to a negative experience happened. I got there a little before 8am and they were already open for business. I was able to drop my car off and they gave me a ride home. About 2 pm they called me to tell me my car was done. They came and picked me up. They were very friendly and professional. They guaranteed their work do 3 years or 30000 miles. I will go their again. Don Taylor

I prefer to use independently owned auto shops whenever possible and after my regular mechanic retired and closed his shop, I gave Ken's Auto a try. I had a leaking engine cover on a 25 year old Toyota. The parts were tricky to find, but they got it fixed. Their shuttle service was huge help! I only wish they were open a bit later so it'd be easier to pick up the car after work. Other than that, I was pleased with their shop.

2000 Chevy Tahoe - our mechanic was Brian and our contact was Ryan. Ryan took the time to answer every question I had with regards to the maintenance the vehicle required. I was disappointed with the fact that when we went to pick up the vehicle it cost us an additional. $70 core charge for a part that Ryan knew I was going to take back to auto zone because it was defective. I was also led to believe the ECM was a new part for close to $500, only to find out it was refurbished. I would recommend advising customers if there is a core charge and being more clear as to the status of a replacement part. (New vs refurbished)

Tina - Thank you again for being so helpful in getting my daughters car fixed so quickly. After talking with you and Ryan on the phone, I felt relieved and confident that I had called an auto repair shop who I could trust to be honest and fair, and also would make the proper repair. After just moving my daughter from Wichita to Denver, the last thing I wanted to happen was for her to have car trouble so far away from home, and know one I was familiar with there to make the repair. There is something to be said about first impressions, and my first impression with Ken's Auto Service couldn't have been better!
